Q. Why is there a blue light flashing even when the pump
isn’t running?
A. This light is normal and indicates that the pump is checking for
water
in the tank.
How do I do this?
A. Press and hold the drain button while plugging the pump in.
This will enable the audible alarm.
Q. There is a beeping sound coming from the pump.
What does
that mean?
A. A beeping sound indicates that the alarm beeper is enabled and that
there is possible system trouble.
Call for service.
A. Push the drain button to silence the alarm and call for service.
Q. There is a white light on the pump that keeps flashing.
Why is this happening?
A .The pump is either in the process of running or is running a clean cycle.
This is a normal pump operation.
